Responsible for providing training for new hires and tenured employees through various learning methods.
Responsibilities
Provides company, regulatory, carrier or practical training for individual or group settings to new hire as well as tenured employees. Creates milestones to be achieved through training methods and create training plans. Conducts skill needs assessments to identify specific skill/knowledge gaps, training objectives, work situations and changes in training policies and procedures. Coordinates trainings and re-certifications, ensuring training is designed, delivered and evaluated for consistency. Observes employees to determine the effectiveness of training programs and ensure that any additional training requirements are fulfilled.
