About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Facility Operations Training & Audits:
● Conduct regular operational and facility audits across Urban Vault locations to ensure compliance with SOPs and service standards.
● Identify process gaps, skill deficiencies, and training needs through on-ground observations and audit findings.
● Develop and deliver structured training programs for:
○ Housekeeping Teams
○ Pantry Teams
○ Security Personnel
○ Facility Supervisors
○ Valet & Frontline Support Staff
● Conduct refresher training sessions and toolbox talks to reinforce operational best practices.
● Track post-training improvements through audits, assessments, and performance reviews.
● Coordinate with Operations and Facility Managers to implement corrective action plans.
● Support the standardization and documentation of operational procedures across locations.
