Description:Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure maintenance servicing checklists are endorsed and archived post maintenance.
Liaise with IFM contractors for any servicing and ad-hoc repair.
Do regular walkabout checks and report any facility defect to IFM for follow up.
Check and remove any potential water ponding sites to prevent mosquito breeding.
Ensure that environmental parameters are well controlled within the stipulated range in the rooms in the facility.
De-conflict between facility maintenance schedule and operational schedule to prevent unnecessary time wastage.
Be able to carry out basic maintenance checks and repair, for eg, Checking the functionality of exit light signages, clearing of choked toilets.
