About the Role
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize HVAC systems, plumbing and
mechanical utility systems
- Execute preventive maintenance programs, respond to
facility fault reports and corrective work orders
- Coordinate with external vendors, supervise and monitor
- Operate forklifts for general facility material handling and
logistics support
- Supervise lifting operations and ensure compliance with
lifting safety protocols (for one technician)
- Support common area systems and office equipment
maintenance, handyman tasks
Essential Qualifications
- Certificate/SKMM/MARA in HVAC or mechanical systems
- Minimum 2-5 years commercial facility experience
- Valid Forklift Operator License (DOSH-certified)
- Certified Lifting Supervisor (CLS) Certification, for one
technician
