Facility Technician

Responsibilities

To ensure preventive maintenance activities & update maintenance checklist for all facilities systems which have been carried out according to schedule as routine job.

To assist engineers in supervision & monitoring of all facilities systems operations which include ACMV system (Air Conditioning Mechanical & Ventilation), air compressor system, DI water plant, industrial effluent treatment plant, etching line, dust collector systems, electrical systems, gas supply systems & other equipment.

To assist engineers in any improvement projects for entire plant facilities systems.

To assist engineers in supervising renovation, upgrading & equipment hook up installation work progress and ensure on-time delivery as per contract requirements. To co-ordinate all facility projects implementation.

To troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns promptly. Under urgent cases, the technician shall be required to work outside normal hours.
