About the Role

Responsibilities

Working in accordance with prescribed safety procedures and regulations

Perform administrative service support.
Clerical:
Perform routine clerical tasks such as mail and courier as required, on daily basis.

Warehouse sample inventory including tracking, organizing and storing samples to ensure accuracy and availability.

Creating, processing and filing care and custody forms and records.

Arrange for and perform printing of material, courier packaging and handling as necessary.

Maintain stationery, office and kitchen supplies, facility and site supplies ensuring sufficient inventory levels are maintained.

Maintain task book and documentation related to all aspects of the job.
