About the Role
Responsible for checking and monitoring the physical condition, maintenance and cleanliness of the building, its surroundings and facilities (stand-alone / mall-based store).
Responsibilities
- Supervise general maintenance and engineering
- Assist in the implementation of site-specific facility operation standards and processes (e.g., emergency procedures, facility initiatives and security standards and processes) as necessary
- Facilitate Vendor Management
- Monitor Tenant relation and coordination
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
