About the Role
Facility Manager / Technical Allrounder (m/w/d), 80-100%
CONTRACT: Permanent position
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintenance and management of the Tudor Pro Cycling Team headquarters, including the surrounding area
- Performing minor repairs and maintenance work
- Coordinating technicians and handling waste disposal
- Operating the building management system and the fire alarm system
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of sporting events
- Ensuring safety, cleanliness and tidiness
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed technical apprenticeship in a technical field
- Continuing Education in facility maintenance
- Experience in building maintenance and repairs
- Manual skills and technical understanding
- Ability to work independently, reliably and in an organized manner
- Residence within a 15‑minute drive of Sursee
