Key Responsibilities

1. Facility Maintenance & Operations

• Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, sports facilities, playgrounds, and other infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security systems.
• Manage the upkeep of school grounds, ensuring cleanliness and proper landscaping.

2. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure the school complies with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Develop and implement emergency response procedures, including fire drills and evacuation plans.
• Coordinate with local authorities and ensure compliance with building codes and legal requirements.
