Facility Manager

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the daily operations, maintenance, repairs, and construction projects of our production, R&D, and office facilities in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki. In this role, you will ensure high-quality customer service, manage a wide range of service providers, and drive continuous improvements in your area of responsibility. Your tasks will include ensuring the smooth day-to-day functionality of our facilities while maintaining stakeholder satisfaction, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will manage maintenance schedules, construction projects, repairs, and inspections, as well as coordinate and supervise a large number of external service providers.
