About the Role
Responsibilities:
Leading a maintenance team, scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Frequently inspect facilities to proactively detect potential problems and recommend the necessary repair or maintenance. Follow up the hygiene level by monitoring the housekeeping performance and well supervise the service provider staff. Ensure that stock levels from grocery and stationery are safe. Ensure all utility invoices are sent to Finance at a proper time every month. Ensure all admin requests received from employees are responded on time Monitor and solve problems for the Group Transportation service.
