About the Role

InGenesis is currently sourcing for a Facility Healthcare Program Manager (FHPM) to work with our potential client. In this role, you will support the Assistant Health Services Administrator (AHSA) in managing, assessing, planning, developing, and evaluating clinical programs that align with IHSC policy. The FHPM serves as the subject matter expert on the implementation and monitoring of program requirements at the local level.
This position is dependent on contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
Collaborate with the Health Services Administrator (HSA) as the subject matter expert in managing, developing, implementing, and monitoring IHSC programs, including accreditation readiness, risk management (RM), and quality improvement (QI).
Participate in IHSC national risk management and quality improvement initiatives, including attending regional/national meetings.
