Facility Engineer

1） During project phase involved in project Design、Construction、Commissioning and Qualification as end user to support global central function team. And deliver knowledge and experience during project and startup phase to prepare, establish for Mexico queretaro factory.
2） Responsibility for the normal operation of facilities, such as fire alarm system, air-compress system, HVAC, chiller, dust collection etc., reducing unscheduled downtime.
3） Review the supplier construction plan, on site supplier management and be responsible for the construction result to ensure the quality and reliability.
4） Responsible for maintaining factory buildings and communicating with plant lossor.
5） Make work plan, complete the plan with technical staff, check the implementation results and track the long-term effectiveness.
