About the Role
FACILITY ENGINEER
WORKING LOCATION: CTRM AERO COMPOSITES SDN. BHD., BATU BERENDAM, MELAKA.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in facility, electrical, or manufacturing environment.
- Basic experience in electrical systems (LV/MV), maintenance, and energy management.
- Familiar with electrical safety standards and energy efficiency practices.
- Able to use basic electrical/design or monitoring software (e.g. AutoCAD, EMS tools).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain facility electrical systems (LV/MV) to ensure safe and reliable power supply.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and energy losses.
- Support energy efficiency initiatives, including equipment upgrades and load optimization.
