Oversee daily operation and preventive maintenance of:

• Chiller plant, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems
• Compressed air and vacuum systems
• Fire protection systems (hydrants, sprinklers, pumps)
• Plumbing, drainage, and water supply systems
• Ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
• Coordinate calibration and servicing of mechanical equipment.

Engineering & Design Coordination

• Oversee preliminary engineering activities based on equipment layout and production plans, ensuring smooth transition to the design and execution phases.
• Support and verify procurement and execution phases to maintain quality and scope as defined in project documentation.
