The Position:
Respond promptly to customer requests for maintenance assistanceOversee maintenance schedules, service contracts, and critical system operations.Select and use appropriate equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturers' instructions, policies and proceduresDaily site inspection of facilities to record all faults/defects for follow up action
Support audits by maintaining accurate and accessible records.
Work closely with ISS and client stakeholders to approve, report, and escalate issues.
Ensure all staff and contractors follow health and safety guidelines.
