**What's the Job?**

+ Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all facility systems equipment including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
+ Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal energy efficiency and safety of building systems.
+ Diagnose complex system issues using Building Automation Systems, blueprints, schematics, and other technical tools.
