This individual has expert knowledge of principles and practices within operations, and an understanding of business strategies and culture, and works to achieve results and drive performance on a location/regional basis.
Scope:
The Facilities Superintendent will handle the full responsibilities and activities of the location/district to fulfill business and customer requirements. Supervise employee and operational performance; meet established quality, productivity and cost objectives while
ensuring adherence to safety and compliance programs.
