About the Role

Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the continuous availability of the power and cooling in the data center.
Support customer operations, growth, and design changes. 
Oversee facility electrical load management and overall health of data center critical environments
Ensure redundancy is maintained during failure and maintenance scenarios
Oversee new buildouts through commissioning oversight, handover and delivery timeline tracking, and document gathering and management. 
Perform non-routine and complex administrative workloads and program initiatives
Host post-incident reviews and mitigation coordination
Prepare and present change requests for complex repairs or upgrades
On-call support for after hours events and incidents
Track equipment specifications, nameplate ratings, and capacity limitations
