We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Representative to join one of our clients. This role is the on-site point of contact for facilities management and ensures smooth delivery of office-based services such as maintenance and cleaning through external providers.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage facilities processes and procedures in the local office. Provide timely first-level support for facilities-related queries from internal and external stakeholders. Build and maintain positive working relationships through proactive customer service. Maintain accurate records and documentation with strong version control.
