About the Role

You are responsible for managing facility projects from requirement gathering through realization. You connect manufacturing needs with technical facility solutions and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality production environments.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
Lead new-build and rebuild facility projects within a high-tech production environment.

Translate manufacturing requirements into facility designs and layouts.

Manage stakeholders, engineering partners, and construction teams.

Optimize factory layouts, production flow, and infrastructure requirements.

Support cleanroom design, utilities, and facility specifications.

Manage scope, planning, budget, and project changes.

Guide CAD-based layout designs and engineering activities.
