About the Role
Vox Consultants are currently recruiting for a Facilities Operative.
The standard hours of work are 39 hours per week, across 7 days as a 1 in 3 weekend shift pattern is in place, which comes with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary.
What you will do:
Carry out general maintenance tasks including painting, decorating, furniture repairs, and DIY duties. Support groundskeeping activities such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, litter picking, and landscaping. Assist tradespeople and contractors on site, including escorting and safety checks. Manage waste and recycling processes, ensuring environmental compliance and cleanliness. Operate tools and equipment safely, including light plant machinery and cutting tools.
