Role: Facilities Operations Manager
Location: Chullora, Western Sydney

The Role:
Reporting into the centre manager, you will be responsible for 3 retail assets in and surrounding Chullora area.
Your duties and responsibilities as Facilities Operations Manager will be as follows:
- Lead operations across the centres, ensuring all preventative and reactive maintenance is carried out to a high standard Manage partnerships with key contract providers to ensure compliance, delivery on time and within budget
- Monitor contractor performance and host bi-monthly contractor meetings, providing feedback to efficiently manage each contractor performance
