MHE Technician (Weekday shift pattern)
Corby

Working out of our Corby Distribution Centre, the MHE Technician is responsible for keeping our Mechanical Handling Equipment operational and safe. RS’s global 24/7 operation, is shipping in excess of 60,000 parcels daily, so keeping our DC’s working optimally is key to our success!
What you can expect to be doing:
The role will be in the UK, at the Corby DC Facility.

Responsible for balancing and prioritising own workload.

Quick incident response to Operations related issues; effecting repairs or making adjustments to ensure the maximum uptime, safety and operating efficiency of the equipment.

Supporting the departmental/project shift manager in developing and implementing continuous improvement ideas and projects.

Set priorities for attending to problems in more than one location. Liaising with operators...
