Who we’re looking for?
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager (or Assistant FM ready to step up), ideally in retail/shopping centres.
- Strong knowledge of hard services, PPM programs, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused with attention to detail.
- Relevant trade, property, or facilities management qualifications desirable.
