Facilities Manager (Retail)

• Due to a recent promotion, we are seeking a Facilities Manager to join our growing team 
• Manage a portfolio of shopping centres across Southwest Sydney, with flexible working locations close to home. Must have a drivers license 
• Oversee hard services and planned preventative maintenance while building strong relationships with key tenants 

Who are we looking for 

• Experience working as a Facilities Manager in retail, commercial or mixed use properties, or experience as an Assistant Facilities Manager ready to take on a larger role 
• Ideally, experience in retail property environments, with an understanding of fast paced centres, tenant relationships and day to day operational demands 
• Experience working in structured environments where approvals, budgets and decisions need careful handling and professionalism
