Description

The Facilities Manager is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of JSI’s two Kanata locations. This role ensures that facilities are well maintained, compliant with safety standards, and responsive to the needs of employees and visitors. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, the Facilities Manager plays a key role in creating a productive and welcoming workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of both facilities to identify maintenance, safety, and operational needs.
• Coordinate and oversee repairs, cleaning, and preventive maintenance with external vendors and contractors, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, landscaping, and snow removal and cleaning services.
