Job Title: Facilities Manager

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 inc Super
 
Our client, a privately owned Building and Facilities Management company are seeking a Facilities Manager to manage three of their residential apartment buildings in North Melbourne and the Docklands.

About the role :
In this role you will:

  • Have previous experience in a Facilities/Building Management role
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a number of competing tasks
  • A strong understanding of building functions
  • Effective and timely communication skills with all levels
  • Knowledge of OHS practices and legislation
  • Experience in asset management
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
