About the Role
- Experience in facilities or property management environments.
- Experience overseeing day-to-day building operations within a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated experience managing facilities vendors and service contracts.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Strong understanding of building standards, compliance requirements, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- High level of customer service orientation and professionalism.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Project).
- Fully bilingual (French / English).
- Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Montreal.
