Facilities Manager

Position description: Oversee strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of facility operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient environment that aligns with organizational objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strategically oversee and optimize the utilization of physical spaces, resources, and services to enhance workplace functionality, employee well-being, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive facility management policies, procedures, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Budget responsibilities for all the repairs, remodeling and new construction.
• Planning work scheduling staff and vendors, supervising work like CCTV management, Event management, Canteen, DG, AC, fire safety, waste management, security and vendors management.
