Facilities Manager

The FACILITIES MANAGER will be responsible for operational oversight, repair, + maintenance of commercial, industrial, + retail properties. With a mandate to ensure facilities are safe, efficient, compliant, + cost-effective, the FACILITIES MANAGER will also be responsible for building systems + overseeing subcontractor performance to maintain accountability and transparency. This role requires strong technical expertise, organizational skills + a proactive approach to developing systems + processes that drive consistency + operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Maintenance + Operations

Develop, implement, + oversee preventative maintenance schedules for building systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers, electrical, plumbing, lighting).

Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, + grounds, ensuring issues are documented, prioritized, + resolved promptly.
