Facilities Manager

Job Objective:

Shape and elevate our facilities operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient workplaces that support employees and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Facilities team to ensure buildings, equipment, and surroundings are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations.
• Oversee building services, M&E systems, plant and equipment maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and canteen operations.
• Manage external contractors and service providers, including tendering, contract negotiation, and compliance inspections.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for all facilities and equipment.
• Monitor budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining efficiency and quality.
• Participate in the EHS committee to enhance health, safety, and environmental policies and practices.
