About the Role
To operate and manage all critical infrastructure and building facilities within the data centre.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and infrastructure issues.
Maintain records of equipment configuration, maintenance schedules, and incident reports.
Coordinate with vendors for equipment installation and maintenance.
Incident escalation and 24x7 shift & standby duty.
Ensure continuous uptime, operational efficiency and safety of the facility by managing teams, contractors and vendors through effective implementation of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programs.
Design new processes (SOP) or procedures across the facility.
Manage service levels to meet contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Enforce strict compliance with site safety procedures, data centre protocols. and operational procedures such as Permit to Work (PTW), Method of Procedure (MOP), Emergency Operating Procedure (EOP), and Ha...
