Position Reports to Maintenance Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform a variety of skilled work in the maintenance and repair of Paket facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
Inspect buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions. Make needed repairs or contact proper vendor.
Performs minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures, wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords) by using appropriate hand/power and specialty tools.
Performs minor plumbing maintenance (replacement or repair leaks in drains and faucets, also unclogging drains/toilets)
