Facilities & Maintenance Manager - Aerospace

We are currently seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for a multinational client operating in the aerospace sector.

As Facilities & Maintenance Manager you will join the Plant Management Team, leading the plant’s facilities and maintenance function to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operations across buildings, utilities infrastructure, production assets, and site services while minimizing operational cost. You will own preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, budget management, contractor oversight, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC).
