Facilities Maintenance Engineer

JOB OBJECTIVE: Under the direct supervision of the Asst. Manager, responsible for building plan facility maintenance, preventive maintenance, management and supervision of projects as well as the implementation, processing of regulatory compliance monitoring and permits pertaining to Electrical.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitors, maintains and controls the building plant facilities and equipment of the company.

2. Evaluates and makes recommendations in the improvements of current system.

3. Analyzes the problems and formulates counter measures.

4. Makes the necessary coordination with end-users, suppliers and contractors.

5. Ensures that the company complies with all the government prescribed regulations and specifications are met and within corporate and local code standards.
