About the Role

The Maintenance coordinator role – Operational Equipment is responsible for the inspection, preventive maintenance, repair coordination, compliance, and lifecycle management of operational equipment and shop assets. The role ensures equipment remains safe, compliant, and available to support business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for forklifts, lifts, compressors, tanks, and other operational equipment.

  • Coordinate required inspections and certifications for lifting devices and safety-related equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain accurate asset registry including serial numbers, locations, and service history.

  • Maintain the calibration records / PM program for process operational tools.
