Specialist, Plant Engineering and Maintenance
Location: Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all installations, including heating, electricity, plumbing, equipment control, etc., as well as refurbishments of installations.
- Carry out documentation and payments of the different dependencies, which provide us with their services, water, electricity, rents, payments to the dependencies.
- Manage the maintenance of equipment, projects and supplies to comply with health, safety and external audit standards.
- Inspect building structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Supervise facility staff and outside contractors.
- Manage insurance plans and service contracts.
