Facilities Engineering Intern

We are seeking a motivated Facilities Engineering Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate facility operations, building systems management, and engineering support. Key Responsibilities
Building Systems Support
Assist facilities engineers with preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. Support routine inspections, equipment monitoring, and basic troubleshooting activities under supervision. Help maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records.
Project Assistance
Participate in capital improvement projects, tenant improvement coordination, and facility upgrades. Assist with project documentation, vendor coordination, and progress tracking. Support cost analysis and budget preparation activities.
