About the Role
ASM GLOBAL, the leader in privately managed, public facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for a Facilities Engineer at ASM GLOBAL-Oakland Arena and RingCentral Coliseum.
The Facilities Engineer maintains and operates the building systems and associated equipment during both day-to-day operations and during events.
This position reports directly to the Chief and Assistant Chief Engineers. Hourly wage $66.66,
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Maintain union membership in good standing.
+ Operate, monitor, and maintain the environmental controls, emergency power, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and other building systems as required for the safe and efficient operation of the facilities.
+ Performs preventive maintenance in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.
