Facilities Engineer

Job Description

• Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition by conducting regular daily inspection.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and as-built drawings.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of handling machines such as conveyors, reach truck, dock levelers, roll up doors, and automated machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on warehouse equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
• Evaluate facility performance and recommend improvements.
• Track and communicate work request status and completion from each process owner.
• Monitor construction work progress to ensure quality, budget, and deadline compliance.
• Coordinate with the landlord and contractors on warehouse construction issues
• Provide project status reports to Facilities Lead.
