Gain a detailed knowledge of all mechanical, electrical, civil, life safety and other assets that are installed across the campus. Be in attendance and be a strong presence on behalf of the onsite facilities team and our client at all commissioning and handover stages Assist with the development management of a detailed maintenance programme Develop a strong relationship with the fitout team Review all maintenance records and highlight any concerns or issues identified through the correct channels.
