We are looking for a Facilities Engineer who will oversee technicians and ensure proper maintenance of utilities equipment while performing plant maintenance activities as needed. The role will manage company resources efficiently to support production operations and deliver quality service to all departments, helping to ensure timely delivery of products and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversees end-to-end facilities operations, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all equipment and building systems. Manages daily operations by monitoring system performance, conducting routine inspections, coordinating maintenance activities, and implementing energy‑efficiency initiatives. Leads preventive maintenance programs, supervises repairs, manages spare parts inventory, and handles CAPEX processes—from project requirements and bidding to execution and closure.
