Job Summary:
We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support our facilities management operations in ensuring smooth, timely, and quality service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, technicians, vendors, and contractors to fulfill work orders
- Monitor open/closed tickets and ensure proper documentation
- Maintain accurate files on proposals, work orders, and vendor paperwork
- Assist with inspections, reports, training, and process compliance
- Support in invoice processing and cost center tracking
