Facilities Associate

Overview

Facilities Associate position based in Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. Responsible for facility maintenance, repairs, safety, and coordination with vendors to ensure the building operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine overall system check of the entire facility.
• Executes needed repair and upkeep tasks including but not limited to lighting, desk and office keys, lavatory, pedestal, lateral cabinets, work stations and chairs.
• Schedules repairs with trade vendors for air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing as necessary.
• Reviews and monitors janitorial and vendor services to a specific set of performance standards.
• Conducts minor corrective and preventive maintenance of company property and equipment.
• Assists and coordinates in the preventive maintenance activities of third party service providers to building facilities and equipment.
