Facilites Shift Engineer

Job Summary

Must be a Registered Electrical Engineer with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in scheduling equipment operation and maintenance and installing and repairing electrical and/or mechanical systems, with 5 years in a supervisory role. Must have extensive experience in organizing and supervising a large number of technical staff in both technical and administrative aspects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other critical building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, alarms, and emergency calls during the shift.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults to minimize operational disruptions.
• Record all shift activities, incidents, and maintenance work in the engineering logbook or digital system.
