Facilitator Support (Permanent WFH)

We are looking for a Facilitator Support specialist to bridge the gap between our curriculum and our learners.

In this role, you will ensure our students receive high-quality feedback while fostering a vibrant, supportive online community.

What You’ll Do

• AI-Assisted Grading: Use AI tools to analyze learner work against rubrics, refining the output into warm, personalized, and accurate feedback.
• Community Management: Monitor discussion boards, answer questions, and celebrate learner wins to keep engagement high.
• Rubric Development: Collaborate on creating fair, objective grading criteria for AI-based exercises.
• Sentiment Tracking: Identify common sticking points and suggest curriculum improvements.
• Conflict Resolution: De-escalate frustrated learners with professional and empathetic communication.
