Facade Manager

Job description:

Minimum Qualifications

• PRC-licensed
  Architect or Civil/Structural Engineer
• Minimum of
  10 years of solid façade experience
  , covering
  design development, engineering, construction, and project handover
• Proven experience in
  curtain wall systems and complex façade packages
• Exposure to both
  local and international projects
  , particularly
  high-rise, mixed-use, and technically complex developments
• Strong background in managing façade works from
  concept to completion

Technical Competency

• Strong working knowledge of
  façade-related structural and design codes
  , including but not limited to:
• Wind load and seismic design
• Glass and aluminum system engineering
• Anchoring, fixing, and support systems
• Ability to evaluate
  structural performance, movement, and load transfer
  between façade systems and the main building...
