Facade Engineer (Manager Level)

Hiring for Facade Engineer (Manager Level) with 6 to 10 years' experience in execution of residential and commercial real estate facade projects for a leading real estate company.

Responsibility:

• To Understand the Project delivery Scope.
• Having basic knowledge on the various Faade elements and its characteristics.
• To Co-ordinate and prepare WBS for the Project Scope with manpower deployment plan.
• To Estimate and evaluate the Faade costing for the project as per current market analysis and propose value engineering with respect to costing.
• To Co-ordinate and ensure the consultants and Designs deliveries reach to site team as per the schedule of deliveries required before commencing the project execution.
• To Review the Tender drawings, shop drawings and comment for any deviations and shortcomings on the details in the drawings.
