Facade BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain BIM models for façade projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other team members to interpret and implement project requirements within BIM models.
• Produce detailed façade drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication drawings from BIM models.
• Perform clash detection and resolve issues between façade and other building systems.
• Update BIM models based on design revisions, site conditions, or client feedback.
• Utilize BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) to integrate and coordinate façade systems with other building elements.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including model setups, naming conventions, and data management standards.
